Step #1 - Entering Your Team
Information
When Teamanizer is initially
opened, the ‘Edit Team’ pane shown in the figure
below is automatically displayed. From this
display, you can enter your team information
which includes your team name, sport, session,
and year. Teamanizer will use this information
to generate team reports such as, schedules,
practice plans, and team rosters to name a few.
For example, the team name you enter here, will
be the team name that appears on all your
practice plans.
To enter your team information, follow the 5
steps as shown below.

Type your Team/Sponsor Name

Select your Sport by
clicking on the down arrow in the sport
field and selecting from the sport menu.
Fill in the Session and Year
fields (ex. Fall 2000)
Enter any team specific
notes in the Notes field.
Click Done to save team
information to memory. (This button changes
to Update when modifying team information.)
When all the information for your team has been
entered, click the ‘Done’ button on the right
hand side of the pane (Step 5 above) and your
information will be saved to memory.
Once you've entered your team information, you
can always modify it at a later time. To modify
your team information, simply click on the team
name in the ‘Browser’ pane. The ‘Edit Team’ pane
will be displayed and will allow you to make any
desired modifications. Once you've complete
entering your team information, you are ready to
move to Step #2 - Entering Your Players.
